We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase from Happierr. Because each item is made to order, please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@happierr.com as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet begun. If the order is still in awaiting fulfillment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because all products are printed on demand specifically for each order, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong item

There is a printing or manufacturing error
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, and photos of any defects or errors must be included.
To start a return, contact us at info@happierr.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, the fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to contact us for a replacement.
We do not offer exchanges for size or color issues.Â
Change of Mind / Ordering by Mistake
Because every item is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately. If production has not started, we can cancel and fully refund the order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days or store credit based on your preference. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
